A full-time coordinator will identify the aptitude and dispatch staff who can work for up to three years for up to three years.
Based on the order conditions received from the customer, a dedicated coordinator determines skills, experience, and aptitude from existing staff, registrants, and new job seekers and matches them. After the personnel are confirmed, the dispatch contract is concluded with the company and the customer, and the dispatch staff concludes the employment contract with the Company.
